Commerce drops review of antidumping duties against Indian OTR tires

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Department of Commerce has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain pneumatic off-the-road tires imported from India between Feb. 2, 2017, and Feb. 28, 2018.

Commerce published a notice in the March 5 Federal Register giving interested parties an opportunity to request a review of the antidumping duty order.

On March 30, ATC Tires Private Ltd. and Alliance Tires Americas Inc. formally requested a review. Commerce initiated the review May 2, but ATC and Alliance withdrew the request May 17.

No other parties requested a review, Commerce said in a July 27 Federal Register notice.
