[ Insurance ] Open Question : What can one do realistically in the following situation regarding a health issue?

A Ophthalmologist has given me a diagnosis of “Dry Eyes” syndrome and has told me it would be beneficial for me to have the “Lipiflow” treatment done in his office. It will take 12 minutes. My insurance will not cover it and it is $900 out-of-pocket. He will also (If my credit score is good enough) accept a 24-month payment plan. I don’t have the money. What can be done?
